im thinking about starting a raw food diet but dont really know where to start. any web sites or advice would help a lot lol thanks :) . oh and if you know of any health risks of this diet.How do you start a raw food diet?
If you have good teeth you can eat almost everything raw.
Raw does not mean healthier. Just don't eat more than you need and eat the 4 food groups.
Meat can be eaten boiled, grilled or raw.
*Salads. Vegetables, Milk and its products, Fruits, Sesame seed, peanuts, almond, oat, etc Meat (beef, crabs, oysters, chicken, fish as sashimi).
* First clean your body with a 2 days apple and water diet.
3rd day start your breakfast with a glass of milk and 3 tablespoons of oat and a fruit.
Lunch. First prepare your stomach with a slice of bread or a boiled potato or pasta..
Eat 4 ounces minced meet and all vegetables you can
drink a glass of water.
Dinner, each some cheese, a banana or a slice of bread or a cup of boiled rice.

Day by day increase the amount of meat until your stomach can tolerate it raw. Keep beef a week, chicken a week and fish a week, Then you can eat as a normal day but everything raw.
Japanese fresh minced meat:
8 ounces raw minced meat. 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, pinch of black pepper.
8 ounces raw fish. 1 tablespoon soy sauce, some wasabi paste or some grated ginger.
