Can you tell me how to create a raw food diet?

I want to know about small, medium, and large dogs. I have two small dogs 16-22lbs as of now but I'd like to know how much all dogs should be getting and what not. I know they need meat, organs and bones but don't really know how to give it to them, when and how to keep it.

Please explain how you do it and give links please. Can you tell me how to create a raw food diet?
Every dog is diffent and there are several differnt raw styles. Join K9kitchena nd rawfeeding on yahoo groups.

I feed my beagle and my chihuahua raw. The get raw meaty bones about 3 days a week and a meat, organ mix 4days a week.

There is no limit to what I feed raw except I dont feed raw fish. (canned fish sometimes)Can you tell me how to create a raw food diet?
You're going to get a whole lot of answers here, as this is a very controversial method of feeding.

In order to do it nutritionally right, you need an expert like Monica Segal that has written books of nutrition and has a pamphlet on diets for those feeding raw. She has calculated all the nutritional aspects for you, so you know the diet is balanced (very important when feeding raw).

The booklet only costs $7.95 but is worth it's weight in gold knowing you are doing it right.

The 80/10/10 ratio fed by many raw feeders is not nutritionally adequate, so make sure to do it right. Can you tell me how to create a raw food diet?
There are just so many sites to read up on all of this. In general you give your dog 2-3% of its bodyweight per day, and then adjust accordingly depending on metabolism, age, activity etc.

Once into it then try to give as varied a diet as possible as each cut of meat holds differing nutrients. Such as heart, tongue, ribs, etc. Have a good read, and then join the yahoo raw feed group.

You'll feed each of your dogs 2-3% of their ideal adult weight.

Feed approximately 80% meat, 10% bone, 10% organ meat (liver, kidney).

These are simply guidelines. You'll find what works best for your dog. Some need more bone, some need 3% compared to 2%
