I tried this diet for about a month and it helped me feel refreshed and lose about 10 pounds. So good for you for trying it out. You can eat unprocessed, fresh foods like fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes and seeds. Don't get anything roasted, cooked, etc. and try to buy organic. Wash your produce well because pesticides and bacteria are not good for you, and won't be destroyed by cooking. Buy a juicer or a blender and make lots of veggie and fruit juices and smoothies (really delicious) For example, ice, berries, orange juice and spinach (you can't even taste it) into a blender. I also enjoyed hummus, beans and nuts (non roasted) and obviously, lots of fresh veggies. Try not to eat too much fruit, but have as many veggies as you want. Fruit is good for you but has a ton of sugar. Also, fresh fruit is better than dried because it has more water/nutrients. Coconut milk is really good too. I especially enjoyed chopping tomatoes and dressing them with cold pressed olive oil and some herbs/spices/salt. Delicious! Hope this helps :)
