Good luck. What is the best way to start switching my pugs to a raw food diet ?
Idk.the best thing i can suggest is to add it gradually to her

diet.
IMHO right away. Fast your dog for 24hrs, give only water and honey. Then introduce the BARF. I make my own, but will not push the recipe.

Please be aware the dog may be "sickish" for up to 3 weeks.

The body is cleansing itself.

For supplements : essential Omega acids /human grade/ and in my case UDOs Dog Essentials.

Feeding raw is the best thing one can do for their dogs.

Best of Luck.

No need for crappy "rating", please. What is the best way to start switching my pugs to a raw food diet ?
One of my pups took to the raw diet "cold turkey", the other, a picky eater I had to ease into it - a little kibble for breakfast, a little raw in the p.m. Some people mix the kibble with the raw, I chose not to do that. Google www.rawdogranch.com, it's a very comprehensive guide re the raw diet and there's lots of other good info. on line. I add salmon oil and a daily blend supplement. A rule of thumb for feeding is 2-3% of the dogs adult weight, you adjust depending on the dogs activity level, mine are very active, get a lot of exercise, and I do around 4%. It is important that you have an understanding of the nutritional needs of dogs. Good luck, if you have any questions come back and ask.
