Would I be healthy if I just ate mostly just Raw Organic Food Bars?

I've been eating a ton of these Raw Organic Food Bars. The main ingredients are organic cashew butter, organic dates, organic agave nectar, and organic brown rice protein. They are 80% raw, with 8 g protein, 10 g fat, 21 g sugar, and 4 g fiber. They also have some greens in them.

If I eat these for b-fast and lunch, do you think I'll thrive?Would I be healthy if I just ate mostly just Raw Organic Food Bars?
In a word: no.

You need much more than just cashews, dates, agave nectar, and brown rice to live. You're depriving your body of many nutrients and calories by sticking to just this for breakfast and lunch.

Just because it says "raw" and "organic" doesn't mean that you should live off of them.Would I be healthy if I just ate mostly just Raw Organic Food Bars?
NO!

Variety is the key to a healthy diet. One can't live on organic cashews.

Remember proteins, carbohydrates, fatty acids, essential vitamins, calcium, etc.

Too many people put too much stock in raw food plans. With limited selections most raw foodists look malnourished to me. They look weak, tired, and usually pale. Plus humans have adapted to cooked foods to digest the highest nutritional value. For instance cooked tomatoes release more vitamin C into the human body than raw ones.

Really, you can enjoy a chocolate shake.......mmm............Would I be healthy if I just ate mostly just Raw Organic Food Bars?
if you do they odnt have all the neccesary nutrients for your body so make shure to take a daily multi vitiam with them. Also eating 18 grams of protein a day is super bad, and by reading the type of bar it isnot a whole protein so makeshure to include chicken, meat or fish in your dinner. But it sounds ok if you like them.Would I be healthy if I just ate mostly just Raw Organic Food Bars?
you need more vitamins than those bars provide. You need to eat some raw fruit and green veggies to make up the different. al little extra protein wouldn't hurt either.
