Can I feed my dog both raw food and dry food?

I want to give my 8 week old puppy both the healthy raw diet, as well as vitamin enriched dry dog food.

For example, can I give him raw chicken in the morning, then dry dog food in the evening? Can I feed my dog both raw food and dry food?
You will get the best answer from a vet. You can call different vets in your area and get their opinions for free over the phone. Can I feed my dog both raw food and dry food?
No. You would need to balance the raw part. If you feed bone in chicken, liver, kidney and fish oil (you don't need to feed liver and kidney every day) then yes. You need to feed 80% muscle meat, 10% bone, 5% liver and 5% kidney. Your dog will not get all the nutrients it needs if it only get chicken even if it gets kibble too.
Hi. It's amazing how much a dogs behaviour is affected by what they eat. But I suppose if you ate take out food all the time you probably wouldn't feel too hot. There's no way we can know for sure what chemicals are put into dog food. The only way to be sure is to make you're own at home. It can work out really cheap and you know they're getting healthy food. You can add years onto there life. If you want some recepies I've put a link below. As a puppy i wouldnt change foods around because it may cause his diet to change a lot and diarreah. When he gets older You can give him NON-OILED chicken with rice once a month (thats what I do for my 12 year old dog ever since he was 3)
You can, but you shouldn't. Stick with the raw food diet for all meals. Here's an article that might help you:

Yes you can.
I don't believe in feeding a puppy raw meat, and I don't think you should feed it raw meat until you understand what type of meat it needs and fully understand the diet...
