Peanuts, mushrooms, spirulina, soybeans, lentils, chickpeas, lima beans, black beans, orange and yellow dal, yellow split peas, gree split peas ( any of the legume family- soak them for days),
sweet potato, spinach, okra, cashews, walnuts, sunflower sees, sesame seeds, brazil nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, soycheese, almond cheese, raw soy milk , almond milk, bean milk, all kinds of seavegetables, spirulina actually has too much protein if you eat a cup of it for a day, wakame, nori, hijiki, green beans, brussel sprouts, bean sprouts, sprouted raw bread- sprouted wheat grains, barley grains, quinoa grains.
Weight- I don't get into that game, it's pointless and silly, let's just say my flesh covering my bones does not have that two inches of chubber it used to., THere aren't flabby wobbly areas that resemble a ball of white floury dough. Of course you CAN put on weight eating raw- it happened to me eating way too much watermelon one year. True.
I look much better, clear skin, very bright eyes, shiny hair, I wake up with a very strange energy, it's as if I've just had the best sleep, loads of calm vibrancy you can't really describe, absolutely no bloating sagging, pulled-down feeling from the turgid watery food inside the intestine. You feel flat, clam, clean inside, and very "switched on". It's hard to describe, and I couldn't have know until I'd tried it myself, and could compare.
BEfore hand I didn't eat dairy, eggs, meat, nothing like that. I only ate plant foods, but still it was cooked.
The difference is basically like someone handing me a brand new life.
Bad side effects- none. I do consume hot tea and water-based herbal mixes. I do eat mustard and occasionally ketchup, soy sauce, and some other types of condiments that I think are cooked. If i turn to the raw food diet lifestyle where do i get my protein?
If you are following a raw vegan food diet, you can try the following:
raw coconut
sprouted beans or grains
any kind of nut
seeds such as sesame, sunflower, hemp, chia
almond or hemp milk
spinach
kale
making your own almond or peanut butter
even though it is not raw, you can sprinkle nutritional yeast on your raw foods..lots of protein there
raw protein powder
always a smart one
I usually cook my grains and eat them such as oatmeal but you can find recipes for using whole grains that have been soaked and ground or eaten ? raw I guess and if you add some nuts to the same meal you will have a complete protein.
Beans + grains = Complete protein
grains + nuts = complete protein
nuts or seeds + beans = complete protein
here is the way to start mixing them.
you need some cooked tomatoes and carrots they are more easily absorbed into your system and vitamin a will get a whole lot more cooked than raw carrots are very hard to use it all naturally. If i turn to the raw food diet lifestyle where do i get my protein?
You get protein from food. You're not going to be protein deficient unless you're anorexic.
Why doesn't anyone ever ask something like, where do you get zinc? Or where do you get calcium?
No, everyone just asks about something thats incredibly hard to not get enough of, like protein, or iron.

Three is a great deal of variety between those 4 categories that eating a well balanced diet should not be a problem.
It is impossible to be protein deficient, unless you are calorie dificient. So eat food.
raw meats ( steak tartar) and raw fish( sushi, shashami, herring, lox, oysters)
You get protein from eating. Protein is in the cells of every living thing.
