A raw food diet is basically plant foods that are living or raw fruits, vegetables including greens, nuts and seeds. You can choose whatever you want from those food groups and eats LOTs of them. You can make up your own raw food diet or follow what many others are doing and devise your own diet. You can start out slow, basically add a few fruits and vegetables and greens and slowly eliminating all your cooked food or do it cold turkey but don't eat turkey- ha ha! There is a lots of help online. I've been eating all raw foods for 11 years and in I'm in perfect health. Nurse Sue
