Connection between raw food and depression?

lately i've been eating a predominantly raw food diet (green smoothies , fruit ) not necessarily to beat my mild depression . I swear I feel great . I feel happier and more confident .Is there a connection between raw food and depression?Connection between raw food and depression?
the raw fruit and veg will give you a higher percentage of vitamins, minerals, flavenoids, etc.





so there might will be a linking or causative factor.Connection between raw food and depression?
There are certain vitamins that are supposed to have an "antidepressant" effect like some B vitamins. Cooking and preparing food and eating with family and friends seems to be highly antidepressant. http://depression.wunity.org/2011/10/11/raw-food-against-depression/
