HOW COME THERE ARE ENZYMES IN RAW FOOD?

I thought they were only in the stomach.

And is eating enzymes from raw food healthy?HOW COME THERE ARE ENZYMES IN RAW FOOD?
Enzymes are the molecules that keep all metabolic processes in all cells working. Everything you eat that is made of a living being (fruits, vegetables, meat, etc.) contains enzymes. However, in processed food, enzymes are usually denaturated, which means they don't work anymore. Same when you cook food, since enzymes and proteins cannot maintain their structure above a certain temperature. There is no problem in eating enzymes as long as they don't have a digestive function. For example, certain snake venoms are made of enzymes which start digesting their prey after a bite.HOW COME THERE ARE ENZYMES IN RAW FOOD?
i assume that food you refer to is either animal or plant or other living organisms and raw food is those that are not cooked, so the enzymes are still remain in the food. if for food that is cooked enzyme which is protein will change the conformation so may not longer as an enzyme.

enzyme is protein that can be produced by any organisms. all the organisms need enzyme to cataylse the biochem reaction in the cell. so eating any raw food there are enzymes.HOW COME THERE ARE ENZYMES IN RAW FOOD?
enzymes are biological catalysts. that is they allow certain biochemical reactions to occur in our bodies, in biological conditions. every one of our cells, and every cell in, say, a potatoe or any other living thing has enzymes in it.

enzymes are proteins, and you are able to digest them (with other enzymes and acid) in your stomach.
