If you only eat raw food ( veggies and fruits ) is it healthy? because you don't really get any meat which means no protein?How is the raw food diet possible because.....?
My opinion is the human body was designed to eat meat, and you should. As far as the raw thing goes. WE were around LONG before ovens and frying pans. Our digestive system was designed to eat things as they are. I'm not on a raw diet or anything, but the people who say raw food is bad for you typically don't think that one out.How is the raw food diet possible because.....?
There are proteins in certain vegetables, you do not need meat to get protein.
Regardless, I cannot imagine a raw food diet, I would go for a vegan/vegetarian diet.How is the raw food diet possible because.....?

In my opinion its not healthy just to eat that, you should eat a little bit of everything this way your body gets the nutrition it needs.. i would never just eat veggies and fruits
U can get all nutrients, vitamins, micro-nutrients, mineral and biochemic salts, amino acids, proteins, etc.,
