Can you eat imitation crab on the raw food diet or is that cooked already?

i think this fish is cooked but not sure...does anyone have a list of ALL you can eat on the raw diet? What are the must have books? or websites?Can you eat imitation crab on the raw food diet or is that cooked already?

If you're going on a raw food diet,you really need to do a lot of research on it first. If could be really unhealthy to do this diet unplanned.

Imitation crab is cooked. It's also fish, which means it's not vegetarian. In addition the red color is sometimes carmine (crushed beetles.)



If you're going to go raw you need to do a LOT of research.
