How do I know which foods are truly raw or not and which brands to buy on the raw food diet?

I'm trying to make a raw cake but I don't which brands to buy.

Is Hain Pure Foods Sea Salt a raw salt?

May I use Saco PREMIUM Cocoa powder? Is that raw?

What about Fisher Chef Naturals Walnuts and Diamond of California Walnuts?

Thanks. How do I know which foods are truly raw or not and which brands to buy on the raw food diet?
I would have to imagine that sea salt is raw. It is dehydrated but I have never heard of it being cooked of pastuerized.

Cocoa powder is fermented then processed. Part of the process is roasting the beans so it's not raw.

Check the label on the walnuts. It should say if they are raw or roasted. How do I know which foods are truly raw or not and which brands to buy on the raw food diet?
I would think it's hard to find 'raw' cocoa powder, considering the Cocoa nut is roasted to make it into chocolate. for the walnuts, you could call the company and ask if any heat processes are used to de-shell the nut... or you could buy whole un-shelled walnuts and shell them yourself and it'd be raw. don't know about the salt. How do I know which foods are truly raw or not and which brands to buy on the raw food diet?
I've never heard of that diet.Organic may be the way to go. Good that is completely ripen on the vine or tree will have more nutrition. I get nutritional supplements and meals with live enzymes. 350 test done for quality and purity at projectmahma.com/madeline
