My mum will also do it with me so we'll be eating the same food. I'm 15.

The 1st thing I did before going raw was to read information and watch videos about the benefits of eating raw.
I also read other people's stories and reasons for going raw.
The 2nd thing takes place in the shop - only buy raw food ingredients.
Mostly fruits and veggies - don't make the mistake of going overboard on high
fat foods.If you eat lots of nuts etc you won't reap the rewards of the raw food lifestyle
So gradually your kitchen has no 'cooking' food ingredients.
Some people are 100% raw, while others may be anything else in-between
I'm about 95% raw at the moment.
I started raw about 12 years ago to try and find some relief from chronic fatigue syndrome.
So during that time I've hovered between 50% and 100%.
Now I'm a great fan of SMOOTHIES.
I'm just about to make one now - I've got some carrots/cucumbers/tomatoes/avocado/
raisins/nuts/coconut
I put it all in the blender, switch it on and yummy..........
Supplements - I usually take a B12 supplement.

There is a guy called Dan Macdonald who is a great inspiration to get into raw food. He has a YouTube channel and adds new videos nearly every day, and a huge back-log of videos on lots of aspects of raw food too. His recent ones are very good, with a guy called Lou Corona, explaining about soaking and sprouting seeds and nuts which makes them more absorbable so you can be strong on a raw food diet. Although Dan was very strong on raw foods even before his influence. I think he'll be uploading some more on that topic soon.

You'll be glad you started a raw food diet. I cured all my ailments including breast cancer, arthritis and fibromyalgia when I started eating raw foods ten years ago - 100% and still do.
