Try this : Chopped radish, diced tomatoes, chopped spring onions, sliced beetroot, torn lettuce, sliced cabbage, sliced or diced carrots, chopped parsely. throw in some olive oil, olives and vinegar. add salt and pepper and oregano. You just eat raw food. Get protein from nuts and soy. And eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. But this diet is a fad and doesn't really work. Food needs to be cooked to bring out the natural flavors and activate some enzymes which will be good for the body.
Just do it. Have you eaten salads before made with lettuce, and other vegetables that do into a common dinner salad? If so, then you are already experienced with eating raw foods. It won't hurt, however, to cook some of them as you choose.
Its possible.Being a vegitarian i have followed a regimen for a month and redused my weight and toxins from my body.For a pure non vegitarian it has to be introduced slowly and otherwise on will face intestinal shock for an abrupt change in diet style. in the beginning a non veg should suppliment raw food proportionately and icrease gradually.
