How much can I lose on a Raw Food Diet ?

Im 14 years old I weigh 153 pounds and I'm 5'6.



I wan to go on a raw food diet ( RAW FRUITS AND VEGGIES ! for those who don't understand) how much do you think i can lose in 1 month and 2 weeks ?

HI! OK 1st of all U do not eat RAW MEAT on this diet, the person that wrote that obviously doesn't know what there talking about! Anyway, I was going to do the raw food diet this summer %26amp; i really did my research for about 2 months. What I suggest to you is to maybe buy some books on amazon (they have a bunch of great books there %26amp; a lot for beginners) online (there cheap like 3, 4$) %26amp; read up about it. And what really helped me was YOUTUBE. Just type in "LovingRaw" in the search engine and a guy names Philip will come up, very sweet guy and he lost over, i beleive it was 130lbs in a year on RAW FOOD DIET. Ask him some questions he will defintely help you. There was also this other man that lost 100lbs in 6 months by going raw. So to answer your question, yes I believe it does work %26amp; there are so many recipes that you will never get bored! %26amp; there easy! I personally ended up not doing %26amp; did this other diet. But i was actually thinking about trying it out again. This sounds like a good idea. I would have no clue how much you'd lose, it really depends on how your body personally works. But honestly the best way to lose weight would have to use a combination of a good healthy diet and to excersize. I know it sounds cliche`, but find something you love doing so that you don't concentrate on how hard the work is. For me: spazmodically running around in public places really hard works ... oh and dancing to dance music :pHow much can I lose on a Raw Food Diet ?
