I'm 30, I ate junk food more than 28 years, I hate myself because of my outlook. I have a serious problem about my health now, somebody suggested me to have raw food for dinning, so I want to learn more about that.How raw food change my life?
Raw foods are great and they really should be the backbone of a humans diet, but eating red meat about twice a month is ideal because your body needs the particular vitamins that ONLY red meat can provide.
Now, I haven't been eating raw foods lately. This whole year I've been eating NO meat. Trouble is, is that I've gained weight because all I'm pretty much eating is fruits, veggies and carbs. The carbs are killing me... and for protein, I've been eating a lot of nuts, which are high in calories and fat... so that's not good either.
Best thing to do... make sure you get exercise. It starts by getting up and out of the house. Go for a walk. Go to the mall... do something. Then the biggest thing, is to stop eating the junk food. Eating 1 piece of pizza is not bad eating. It actually has all your major food groups... eating 3 to 4 slices... now that's bad, because you're over-eating, and this is where people get into trouble. Eating more than the size of your fist at one time is bad.
So cut out the junk food, replace it with healthier food. Get outside a couple times a week to try and get your heart rate up, and don't over eat. There's no other fad, or diet that can beat a healthy lifestyle.How raw food change my life?
Well raw food is good but avoid taking it in large quantity, u can make it a starter then eat local food not forgetting fruits and plenty of water after the meal

I have recently read that raw foods can actually help you lose weight faster, sounds like a win/win answer since nothing bad could come of it.
