What do you like most about the raw food diet?

I'm trying out this diet for the first time and I'm liking it so far. Although I'm having some trouble in some areas.



It would be helpful to know what you like most about the raw food diet, or if you have any tips or advice about it. I'm new to this, so I appreciate any of your helps.
