YES you can. Though you will not be able to make some of the "fancy" desserts in the uncook books.

Instead of nuts %26amp; seeds as your fat sources Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil(Not a nut) %26amp; Avocados.

well nuts is just one way to get protein there are other foods besides nuts that provide nutirents + give protein.
Just eat beans instead of nuts. You NEED SOME SORT OF LEGUMES IN YOUR DIET
