I need to lose 30 lbs and am quite dedicated to doing so,the raw food diet sounds like something that not only is a better way of taking care of my body,but it sounds promising as far as a weight loss solution.Please let me know if you have had any success!

Years ago when I became a vegan I lost 20lbs in 2 months. Eating only raw food is very limiting and you could wind up going on a binge. Why don't you try becoming a vegetarian first, then go on to being a vegan. Make sure you are getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Eating just raw food is very difficult. Only way to lose weight is to do it slow, or it all comes back and more, Eat 3 small meals day, with veggies and friut and grains, Chicken,

You can look up the master/super cleanse if you dont mind going without food for a while %26amp; can handle drinking a leter of salt water everymorning %26amp; laxative tea everynite, its honestly not that bad %26amp; its good for you! google it
